Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11th April 2011

M.D. no. 82 of 11th April 2011 – implementing Decree Law 152/2006 – published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale no. 131 of 8th June 2011 establishes the details for performing the operations aimed at the recovery of 100% of the ELTs produced in Italy.

The decree lays down the operational and management methods of the new system: who is responsible for what, how the quantities of ELTs and related fees will be managed, which organizations are to perform the supervisory functions and what sanctions will be applied if the obligations are not fulfilled.
