The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 Non-text Content: There is non-text content presented to the user that does not have an equivalent text alternative.
- C.9.1.3.1 Info and Relationships: In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available in text).
- C.9.1.4.1 Use of Color: In some cases, color is used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element.
- C.9.1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): The visual presentation of text and images of text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, except for exceptions provided by the regulation (e.g., logotypes).
- C.9.1.4.5 Images of Text: In some cases, images of text have been used instead of text alone and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed.
- C.9.1.4.10 Reflow: Content that does not require a two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent’s display size changes.
- C.9.1.4.12 Text Spacing: Modifying text spacing regarding line height, spacing between paragraphs, letters, or words results in some loss of information or content.
- C.9.2.1.1 Keyboard: Some functionalities cannot be operated through a keyboard (or interface with analogous input).
- C.9.2.4.3 Focus Order: In some sections that can be navigated sequentially, and where the navigation sequence affects meaning and operation, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
- C.9.2.4.6 Headings and Labels: Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently describe the topic or purpose.
- C.9.3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input.
- C.9.4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links, and script-generated components…), name, role, states, properties, and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
- C.10.2.4.2 Page Titled: Some documents do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose.
- C.10.3.1.1 Language of Page: In some documents, the default human language is not defined.
It is possible to obtain an accessible alternative version by configuring the appropriate adjustments to your needs via the AccessiWay widget interface (overlay). For everything to work, the widget must be fully loaded and the adjustments must be activated. Incorrect configuration of the widget could reduce the accessibility of the site.

Article 3, paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision EU 2018/1523).
